Contact the Housekeeper, ext 854 for details of services and costs. A laundry bag can be found in the closet, Please deliver laundry before 10:00 a.m.(Closed Sunday and Holidays).

To obtain credit for restaurants, etc. please leave an open "voucher" at reception. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Banamex, Visa, Bancomer, Carnet, Dinner´s Club and Master Card. You can also make a cash deposit. Personal checks are not accepted.

No charge. Directly outside the hotel next to "La Plateria Taxco Exporta". Also the top part of the Hotel. The car lot outside the Hotel is a Municipal Car lot.

Schedule 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. To call any of our pools, dial ext. 9 and ask the operator.

"LA POZA" POOL
Salt Water pool, located on the lower floor between the cliffs of la Quebrada.

"TULIPANES" POOL
Located on the middle floor of the Hotel.

"LA MIRA " POOL
Located on the higher floor of fhe Hotel.

Please do not take towels from the rooms, these willl be provided in pool areas.

Jewerly and handicrafts. Open 9:00 a.m fo 10.00p.m., located in the Hote/ entrance.

TOBACCO STORE
Open 9:00a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Found in the Tobacco store.
